Tom Hobman (BA PGDipSurv) – Director
Tom Hobman PGDipSurv joined the Company in 2008, having obtained a BA Degree from the University of Leicester in 2005 and subsequently a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management at Reading University in 2009.
With 10 years experience of working in property Tom became a director in 2014.
Penny Brix – Secretary/Administrator
Penny Brix joined the Company in 2014 and is responsible for the administrative activities.
Financial control also comes under her wing.
Having previously worked in the legal sector, her experience is fundamental in dealing with many of the aspects of the leasehold reform legislation.
Val Maslen – General Administrative Assistant
Val has been a member of the team since 1997. Legally trained, she assists in the scrutiny of leases and title documents, a vital feature of our work.
She has a strong working knowledge of the legislation and the procedures.
Further she assists in the credit control of the Company.
