Established in 2004 we are a Company of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers, specialising almost exclusively in providing advice and valuations for lease extensions and collective enfranchisements, under the leasehold reform legislation.
Originally set up by Andrew Pridell a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he was one of the very first to carry out valuations under the 1993 Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act (as amended by the Housing Act 1996 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002).
Since then the Company has undertaken in excess of 8,000 cases, both for lessees and freeholders and is recognised nationally as one of the leading and most experienced practices in this field. Many of the leading cases and bench mark decisions are ones that we have handled.
Tom Hobman joined the Company in 2008, having obtained a BA Degree from the University of Leicester in 2005 and subsequently a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management at Reading University in 2009. He obtained AssocRICS in 2018 and became the principal of the company in 2019.
Rob Marchant joined the team in 2019 and has 8 years of property experience both in London and the South.
The Company is a founder member of ALEP – the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
