About Us

Established in 2004 we are a Company of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers, specialising in residential valuations, in particular, providing advice and valuations for lease extensions and collective enfranchisements, under the leasehold reform legislation.

Originally set up by Andrew Pridell a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he was one of the very first to carry out valuations under the 1993 Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act (as amended by the Housing Act 1996 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002).

Since then the Company has undertaken thousands of cases, both for lessees and freeholders and is recognised nationally as one of the leading and most experienced practices in this field. We have been involved in some of the leading cases.

Tom Hobman joined the Company in 2008, having obtained a BA Degree from the University of Leicester in 2005. He obtained AssocRICS in 2018 and became the principal of the company in 2019.

Paul Martin joined the team in 2019 bringing in a wealth of experience having worked in both local and London surveying frms.

The Company was a founder member of ALEP – the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
